How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your location. Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How long does the cooling last?
Most of our gel products stay cool for approximately 20-30 minutes per use after chilling in the freezer or fridge. Simply re-chill and reuse.
Can I return it if I don't love it?
Yes. You can cancel your order and return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a small cancellation fee (up to 5%) may apply. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items (like gel wraps, eye masks, and pillow inserts) can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryxio.com with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the item back.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free shipping on all orders, worldwide.
I'm outside the US. Does that matter?
Not at all — same products, same 2-4 week delivery, worldwide. Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.
